Huge ginger tabby tom with dark ginger stripes.
[glow=orange,2,300]Descrip[/glow][glow=gold,2,300]tion[/glow]
Firestorm has only one scar on his whole pelt and that is a huge gash in his shoulder. His body is very heavy set compared to most Wind Clanners, but his legs are incredibly long so he is just as fast. He has a normal sized muzzle and normal sized ears. His eyes are an odd shade of crimson, a dark blood red. His paws are huge for his age, and he is overall big for his size. His pelt is short-hair.
[glow=orange,2,300]Person[/glow][glow=gold,2,300]ality[/glow]
Firestorm is a cat that hides from his past. His biggest secret is his past and he has never spoken to any cat about his past. He is quiet and shy. He keeps to himself most of the time, but is willing to lend an open-paw to those in need. He can be surprisingly fun spirited and charming when he wants to be. He is very polite. He is a cat that is hard to make angry, but when angered he is almost uncontrollable. He has never gotten angry in front of his Clan mates before. He tries to join into fun but his shyness gets the better of him sometimes. Once you get to know him he has a fiercely loyal personality. He is protective, and can be really humorous when he tries.

Although Firestorm was born in Wind Clan he certainly did not grow up there. His mother was a brown tabby named Mountainheart. She had fallen madly for a rogue named Briar who claimed to know everything about two-legs. When Firestorm was three moons old she took her kits from camp and to the place where Briar, his sister Flight and brother Shade lived.
Life was hell for the four kits and their mother. Mountainheart's legs were broken so she could not flee from the cats. Her kits were forced to hunt for the three older cats and only eat the bones. Starvation came very near for the five of them. Firestorm's name was Todd back then, his two brothers were named Pete and Charles. His only sister's name was Selene. It was clear Briar hated them, one day when Todd snuck food to his sister, fearing she would starve, Briar challenged him to a fight. He tore a chunk off his shoulder and warned him with death if he ever again tried what he had.
When Todd was seven moons old his mother began telling stories of Star Clan and Wind Clan. He learned the warrior code, but Mountainheart was in no shape to properly train her kits. Sadly she passed away. Pete, Charles, Selene and Todd were left at the mercy of their father, aunt and uncle. Todd decided to run away from home, to Wind Clan where he felt they truly belonged. They got away from the band okay but the journey was hard on starving cats. Pete died when a fox attacked the group and Charles eventually starved to death. Then Todd met a dog named Song. She saved his life, and showed him the way to Wind Clan. He would never forget his dog friend. On the brink of death Todd and Selene made it to Wind Clan.
If it hadn't been for Selene's build and pelt being that of almost exact identicalness of her mother's they may never have been accepted in the clan. As it was the Clan remembered Mountainheart, and the two were accepted. Selene had no chance of living however, she passed away the day they became Wind Clan apprentices of starvation as well.
Todd was renamed Firepaw, and he held a burning rage toward his father and family stronger than the stars in Star Clan. He vowed to show his father what he had done, that he was a cat to fear. Of course he never planned on killing him.
When Firepaw was eleven moons, and one day from his warriors ceremony he snuck from camp. The trip was considerably easier while he had strength to his paws. It was not hard to find his father. Despite Firepaw's intentions of not shedding blood three gruesome murders were discovered the next day. Firepaw never told a cat his nightly adventure, nor does he ever plan to. He gained his warrior name the next day.

Wind swept the moorland, not Wind Clan's, the moorland beyond their borders. He knew where to search though. It was so easy, finding his prey. Firepaw shook his ginger head, Mustn't think in such a way. He scolded himself calmly. He weaved his way down to where the three cat's were. He saw them all. Flight was laying on her side, her ginger pelt shining pale silver in the moonlight. Shade was hidden in the shadows of a badger set, all that was seen of the dark gray tom were his crimson eyes. His father, the huge ginger tabby that would have been something to fear if not for the ribs jutting from his pelt, Briar.
"Weeeelll!" Purred Briar, his paws stepping up so that he could look at his son. He had to gaze up, Firepaw's legs were long. Firepaw smirked a little, but showed no more emotion than that. "Todd my have you grown! Come back to hunt for me?"
Rage sparked through him, lighting up his crimson eyes. He did not reply. Flight stepped up as well, smiling, "You'll have kits with me now!" She burst into laughter and Firepaw struggled to force down his anger. Spill no blood. A warrior never kills in cold blood.
Shade came from the shadows, he like his father and his aunt, was little more than skin and bone. He coughed and Firepaw scooted back a bit. "Here kitty kitty kitty, smell that brother dear? He's joined those cats whose heads are all in the stars."
"Yes." Firepaw meowed, his voice calm. The only thing betraying the rage that came throw him was the lashing of his tail, "I'm Firepaw now."
"What not a warrior?" Briar meowed, he laughed loudly, "Did they die then? Your siblings? I see them not here! GOOD RIDDANCE! HAHA!"
Firepaw dug his claws into the ground, his vision blurred a bit, Warriors never kill in cold blood... He snarled at his father, the rage that flowed through him burning every atom of his being. A low warning growl began in his throat. Fear darted through Briar's eyes, no matter how much younger Firepaw was than him he was bigger. Stronger, faster...well fed.
"What are you? A dog?" Flight spat, she was not taking the hint. Warriors...never...kill...in... Firepaw's vision blurred again. His crimson eyes flashed, "Did you know how your mother had you? Do you? We tricked her! It's so easy making a lonely she-cat envision a horrid cat like Briar, no offense brother, as the sweetest tom in the world. Isn't it? We forced her to leave her Clan, to take you to us! Oh how she screamed when we tore apart her legs..."
Rational thought left him then. With a shrieking yowl the ginger tom sprang from the ground. His long legs sent him soaring above the cats. As he landed behind them he whirled. Flight was closest. She was first. His fangs caught her throat and he threw her down, staying on top of her. She struggled frantically, paws flailing in the air. He didn't add more pressure. She would suffocate this way. She choked for air, his heart pounded. Her body went limp, a facade! Firepaw could feel the rythym of her pulse beneath his fangs. He bit down and a sickening crunch filled the night air. She fell to the ground. He whirled. Briar and Shade were staring at him in shock and terror.
Shade next, his paws led him to the tom. Deep rivets seemed to appear from nowhere on the toms side, blood poured on his paws, he could still feel it in his mouth and chest from Flight. Firepaw roared with anger, pain, and sorrow. His claws found the toms throat, cut him deep enough that he would slowly bleed. Then he watched him, his eyes narrowed in hatred. As soon as the last shudder left Shade he turned to his father. Briar knew what was coming. Terrified he fled from him. Firepaw heard himself laughing as he sprang after him.
"That's right! Run! Run like a rabbit father! That's what you are, my prey! And like my prey I'll catch you! Nothing can outrun a Wind Clan cat!" He caught up to his father and laughed again. His laugh was wild, and giddy. Briar whirled to face him, back arched.
"Stop Todd! Stop!"
"I am Firepaw!" Firepaw snarled, pinning his father down from behind. He heard a snapping noise, his spine had broken. Briar started to cry, his front paws could still work, he was trying to crawl away. Firepaw slowly followed him, "All the pain you put me through." He snarled, shaking with rage, "My mother, my brothers, my Selene..." He glared down at him, "You do not deserve to live."
"Warriors don't kill in cold blood! That's your code isn't it! Have mercy! Have mercy on me!" Briar was sobbing beneath him, terrified, "Please, please..."
Firepaw stared down for a moment longer, then he whispered in his fathers ear, "Too bad for you, isn't it then?" He meowed, "That I'm still an apprentice." Then he pressed his paw on his head. He didn't stop pressing down until he had crushed his fathers skull. He turned away. The wind blew, peircing his pelt. The moon was beginning to shine from beneath the clouds. The Clan would be heading back from the gathering soon. Slowly Firepaw crawled up the hill. It wasn't until he reached the top that his world rocked with horror. He collapsed to the ground in sobs.
"What have I done?" He meowed, tilting his head so that his crimson eyes reflected starlight, "Oh Star Clan! This wasn't supposed to happen! What am I but a cold blooded murderer?" He stayed that way for a long time but the star's only shone coldly upon him. He got to his paws and made it to the lakes edge. He washed himself in the water and stood shaking, staring at the reflection of the moon. Then he made his way home. If any cat asked he had merely fallen into the stream.
