Its just off the shore of Riverclan territory with a fallen tree as a bridge to get to the island every full moon. Here they can meet in safety, on neutral, sacred ground. This island is surrounded by bushes and trees. The leaders look down on the all the Clans from the branches of one of the biggest trees, their deputies sitting among the roots.
