0- 6 moons
Apprentices:
Six months- one year, or maybe a bit longer.
6 moons- 12 moons.
This doesn't mean all apprentices. After all if you count the moons right in the book into the Wild Fireheart became a warrior about nine moons, but that rarely happens. Most apprentices go to 12 moons, or even 15 before becoming a warrior.
Warriors:
One year/15 months- 4.5 years
12 moons/15 moons- 54 moons
Senior Warriors:
4.5 years- 12 years
54 moons- 144 moons
Elders:
12 years- 15 years
144 moons- 180 moons.
